Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 working days across Pakistan.
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
• Working days do not include Sundays and public holidays.
• During sale seasons or public holidays, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges depend on your city and are shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.
• Free shipping is available on orders above the minimum amount displayed on our website — no code needed, it applies automatically.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, a courier tracking number is added to your order.
• You can track your order anytime on our Track Order page using just your phone number — no account needed.
• Registered customers can also see live order status in My Account → My Orders.

Delivery Process

• Our courier partner will contact you on the phone number provided at checkout, so please make sure it is correct and reachable.
• If delivery fails due to a wrong address or unreachable phone number, our team will contact you to reschedule.
• Please check your parcel at the time of delivery. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered, you may refuse to accept it and inform us immediately.

Areas We Cover

We deliver all across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas. Delivery to remote locations may take 1–2 extra days.
